I've got my EarPlugs in my ears already @Zoe7 @greenpea @Shaz51

The neighbour started with their ear-splitting speaker level (outside) early afternoon.

They're not waiting until night-time, to start.

It's not just for New Year - they do it (raging loud parties), every few weeks.

New Year's Eve (neighbours) is the Loudest.

Ear plugs do not cut the noise level out, they just reduce it a little bit (that's how loud it is).

Feeling harrassed & a prisoner in my own house (due to noise) - would not put me in any mood for Celebrating New Year on Forums (with You people).

So I'm hoping to cut that noise out (outside) - For some peace of mind, & Fun with you people (here).

Cheapest suburb here to live in - costs $20,000 to sell a house (commissions).

Not affordable to move.

I was here 12 years before they were.

The Bullies need to move away elsewhere - not me.

Bullies got me sacked (for nothing), Bullies made me leave 2 jobs - Bullies made me move before, when I had less to lose.

Why do I need to Go to Hell (change my entire life & place of residence) - because of someone else's Bad Behaviour?

I have 3 Aviaries outside - I cannot move those myself either (with 50 birds in them)
