Hi @Shaz51 Ruah MH told me about the Sane Support Forums in 2016.

So I registered then.

I cannot write much, having daily fatigue conditions + Dyslexia.

Text-based communication is challenging & not as effective for me.

The connections I have on here have been very helpful, & people on here have given me some great advice & suggestions.

At the end of May 2021 I was googling mental health supports or recovery and an advertisement for Sane popped up. I had never heard of Sane before so I joined and had a look around. It was 3 or 4 days before I worked out how to post a new discussion as it wasn’t very intuitive. I haven’t looked back. I had one small break after an upset with another user. I love Sane forums and I am online here everyday. I have made close connections here and it has alleviated loneliness. Long live the forums

I remember the emotions but the memories are more like a series of photos.

Bits and pieces. A sentence here, a word there.
