Am a bit out of sorts,--- in which way my friend

me , thinking about tomorrow when i see my mums doctor --- she wants to see me with an update 

and then i see the specialist on tuesday -- writting notes and asking for another report for centrelink 

a bit headaching

But nothing too bad. Just kinda flat, but with a headache and mild nausea thrown in for good measure 🙂

It will certainly pass- has improved a bit over the day and a decent sleep tonight should do the rest.

i was on carers payments for my mum , but now that she is staying in hospital means i will lose the payments this month
