Lol @Kurra

I feel more like I am 60.  Was at a work function a number of years ago and the 'class clown' told one of my customers I was 50, he believed it without question...

Yeah thanks for that ...  I know I'm no model but didnt think it was that bad lol

@Determined I actually have the opposite problem - I look (and sound!!!) much younger than I am. It used to bother me, but I don't really care anymore. For example, when my mum was dying, one of the nurses asked me if I was doing my HSC that year...I was 26. Smiley Very Happy

@Phoenix_Rising

Some people say I look 16.. others mistake me for being 24. I guess it all depends on what you wear and how much makeup is coated on your face. Geez Louise.

@Former-Member It seems odd because when I was a very young kid and right through into my mid-teens, I was always mistaken for being much older than I was. And then it kind-of reversed. I have asperger's syndrome and interestingly, other aspie women seem to report the same thing. I think I was seen as "mature" as a kid because I was very quiet and well-behaved and had a very strong vocabulary. But then as I got older, I didn't move through the stages typical of young adulthood (e.g. relationship etc). It's like I sort-of got "stuck" somewhere along the line. Oh well. It is what it is, and it's ok. Smiley Very Happy
