Hi @Former-Member - how did you sleep last night? My experiences with psych(ologists/iatrists) vs other helping professionals have lead me to very similar conclusions as @Phoenix_Rising 's above. It also so much comes down to the match beween client and helping person too I think. I feel sad when I see people reach out, hit a mismatch between them and the professional they see, and then find it hard to get back up from, though I totally understand it. I know there is good out there and I wish it was easier for people to reach it. It's there though.

Hi again to the turtle who is here but not. Thank you - it feels good to have had a mini holiday from life at home while in life 😄 It's my plan again today. I've done the early start at school thing, the supermarket thing, am about to do the dishes thing, then it's a giant blank nothing but whatever I want which is awesome. I really really hope that book lands here today.
