I seen the specialist today. We checked the xrays and its still healing very slowly . 😞 you can still see the break so I need to still be careful but its at the point now I can rest a little easier and can move It just a little bit She put the tens machine on and will try to do that abit to help with the nerves too. It felt weird but not painful. Shes given me some exercises to do not hard ones mostly just getting my arm moving again. I still wear the splint all the time however with the cast I only need to wear it like at the horses or during sleep or if theres a chance I might knock it but when im at home chilling take It off and start weaning off the cast itself. I need to keep massaging my hand and arm gently and the exercises shes given me each day and just keep doing those. My hand and arm are really hurting tonight after having the work done on it. Its making my anxiety rise abit and making ir rather uncomfortable. I see her again in 10 days to check and see how things are going.

My anxiety is all over the place atm goes up and down like a roller coaster.
Im not all that settled still have quite a few thinga happening offline and had to come to terms with another physical diagnosis but isnt too bad.-extremely allergic to dust pollen grass seeds etc and have allergy induced asthma

How are you going? How was your time away?
