hello @outlander
are the dogs on leads? we have special beaches where the dogs can be off the leash and others they have to be leashed....which is fair...
are you frightened of dogs? sorry if this is a triggering question...as always no need to answer...just bypass...
good news about your hand even though slowly healing...is still healing and you are able to get a bit of a break from the cast...
keeping up your exercises as you would know will help tremendously long term...
after any physiotherapy session there is usually discomfort sometimes straight away sometimes not until the next day...yes sometimes quite painful...this is a sign that they have worked on the spot...
not easy if worsens your anxiety.... do you have any prn that you can take for random situations?
did physiotherapist mention ice packs or heat packs? not sure if you can do that with a break...don't do anything like that without asking the experts first...
I use a gel pack that I iced initially...now I heat and put that on my back...I have it every night and helps settle me...
hearing of another diagnosis is very anxiety driven...once you take in the news you start to settle when you have some answers and strategies...I hope that your specialist answers all of your questions and is reassuring...
If your anxiety persists ...perhaps see your gp or if you can get a closer appointment with your psychologist or psychiatrist? can't remember...
actually...it is a wonder that I remember my own name these days..
I managed to get to the pool today and do some exercises which made my mind and body feel better..
sending you calm and peaceful thoughts....well wishes for a sound sleep and restful night...you so deserve it outlander...
ps...I swam with dolphins years ago by chance...actually stroked one...most incredible experience...we also saw dolphins in the river from our apartment on that holiday in the hinterlands...
night night outlander ....sweet dreams...used to say that to my two boys every night after story time...long time ago now xxx

I seem to have managed to lose that in cyberspace along with many of my posts...
will wait with baited breath for triangle road sign to transform into a caped crusader laugh ..

safer for me to respond here...
my mind is even more confused...still weaning painkillers...last day today...
then trial with paracetamol only...
having said that am in a lot of pain today as probably did too much at 1 hour session in pool yesterday after 1 week break...some people just never learn I know...
I tried reading back and keeping up with everyone's news but the thread moves too quickly for me..
I know that you are having issues mazarita...medication still?? your friend is now home which is good..xx

outlander ...we both had a bad night last night...eudemonism did too...what was the moon doing? you can actually buy masks which might come in handy on days where your allergy might be more affected...wear around home ...wherever you feel comfortable...don't worry about the comments of others either...come up with some humour as a response...if stuck..I know you will get many suggestions from others on the forums...
will look out for your updates everyone..
am in need of moving.,..self care...laying down for a while...will check in spasmodically
take care all xx
