Re: Riding a wave

I so so super so badly hugely massively enormously wish I was there right now too @Phoenix_Rising.

Re: Riding a wave

I'm scared @CheerBear and @Zoe7. The huge waves are huge. I really do super like you guys...but is it really enough to keep living for? You are anonymous strangers. I don't even know your names. I'm so confused. I really really really need to just talk it through. I so very VERY badly need to talk it through. @Former-Member super giant please can I call?

Re: Riding a wave

You know how much I love and adore F&H @Phoenix_Rising - and I am not going to say the same to you so don't worry about getting hit on the head with any lovehearts here - but last week when I was choosing to end it myself it was not just her that stopped me going 'the whole way'. I also though alot about you and not wanting to be another person in your life that left also. In amongst all that pain and despair - you were still in my head lol - and I wouldn't have it any other way Smiley LOL

Re: Riding a wave

@Former-Member????

Re: Riding a wave

@CheerBear I have never wanted you here more than I do right now!!!!! I want you here SO MUCH!!!!

@Zoe7 Even though I don't love you and I generally don't worry about you, I was concerned last week when you disappeared after our other muddle.

Re: Riding a wave

Hi @Pheonix_Rising, I know I am only a newbie on here but what helps me to gain a little bit of perspective when life starts to get a little too chaotic is just putting on some nice mindfullness meditation sounds from youtube or somewhere and practicing some deep breathing etc. It really helps me for sure. Living in Sydney with 4 kids under 10yrs takes the cake some days but I too have my moments when I feel I am absolutely flipping out.

Hope that helps 🙂

Re: Riding a wave

Do you want to hear something really funny @Phoenix_Rising (well I think it is funny anyway) - if I ever hear the name Zoe being said I turn around too lol

Re: Riding a wave

How long has this wave been going for? It feels like hours. I so very very VERY badly need to talk it through. I know what I need. I'm using my "I need..." statement. I am trying my super hardest. Why doesn't this help seeking thing that we all go on about work for me????

Re: Riding a wave

Our other muddle came right in the middle of an even bigger muddle and then and EVEN BIGGER muddle happened @Phoenix_Rising - I really did not want to stay!

Re: Riding a wave

@Phoenix_Rising, gigantic category 5 storms are super horrible, but let me be very clear … you are NOT causing Forum Land chaos.
