When I was in hospital they used to say that routine was important. Snd sleep was very important. They also mentioned not using computers phones etc before going to bed.
@outlander If you can get into a routine it will help you. It is hard but worth a try

I agree @BlueBay and it is just as important to get in a routine of self-care as it is for everything else in your life

That is cool Hon - whatever works for you @outlander but we need also to work towards 8 hours where you should (and I say that very loosely as I know how hard this is too) be sleeping. So maybe make it 12 for now and we can work on reducing that time as you go forward.
When you have done that write in breakfast, lunch and dinner times - make these the beginning of each of the 3 sections you included for each day. Even if you sometimes do not have more than a muesli bar or piece if fruit it is essential once again that you get in a routine of stopping at these times and remember to eat

Also write in any med times - for example my night meds are taken after I give my fur babies their nightime snack at 8pm - that way I don't forget. My morning meds are when I feed my babies...same thing routine and I don't forget @outlander
Once you have all that in then we start filling in times for appointments/jobs/commitments you have
