Re: rough time

@outlander@Zoe7

When I was in hospital they used to say that routine was important. Snd sleep was very important. They also mentioned not using computers phones etc before going to bed.

@outlander If you can get into a routine it will help you. It is hard but worth a try

Re: rough time

I agree @BlueBay and it is just as important to get in a routine of self-care as it is for everything else in your life

Re: rough time

I found 11 was abit early as i was lying here for quite awhile just tossing and turning maybe 1130/12 at the latest would be better at least ill still have screen free time but not so long tossing around... @Zoe7

Re: rough time

That is cool Hon - whatever works for you @outlander but we need also to work towards 8 hours where you should (and I say that very loosely as I know how hard this is too) be sleeping. So maybe make it 12 for now and we can work on reducing that time as you go forward.

When you have done that write in breakfast, lunch and dinner times - make these the beginning of each of the 3 sections you included for each day. Even if you sometimes do not have more than a muesli bar or piece if fruit it is essential once again that you get in a routine of stopping at these times and remember to eat

Re: rough time

@outlander

I don't know how you stay up thst late !!!

i would be snoring by that time lol 😂

Re: rough time

haha @BlueBay is that what I hear through the screen at night lol

btw - you are being an amazing support here for both @outlander and for me - super happy to have you here with us Hon Heart

Re: rough time

Lol @BlueBay generally i only sleep 3 hrs if im lucky and its not unusual to go a few nights with no sleep at all. The joys of chronic insomnia lol.

Ok so ive put down the curfew time and the meal times as well- breakfast is always harder but will tet to manage something @Zoe7
The weekdays are the hardest and rhe most stressful times i find and weekenda are abit unpredictable with meals but will write them down anyway

Re: rough time

I might have to leave you both as my bed is calling me!!!

I would loved to keep chatting but I'm getting tired. Happy to talk tomorrow.

Hope you both sleep well

Re: rough time

Goodnight @BlueBay and thank you very much for your help ❤

Re: rough time

Also write in any med times - for example my night meds are taken after I give my fur babies their nightime snack at 8pm - that way I don't forget. My morning meds are when I feed my babies...same thing routine and I don't forget @outlander

Once you have all that in then we start filling in times for appointments/jobs/commitments you have
